Galway Jazz Festival (1st August - 30th September)

Each summer Galway hosts the annual Galway Jazz Festival. This lively event promotes a wide range of music that loosely falls under the jazz umbrella and always attracts an enthusiastic crowd of music lovers. Past performers have included the Jamie Oehlers Trio with special guest Mike Nielsen, leading Irish Hammond organ trio the Organics and church organ jazz with Justin Carroll

Galway International Oyster Festival (25th - 28th September)

For the best in gourmet seafood, live music and the best Guinness in town, it has to be the Galway Oyster Festival. Galway City will come alive as thousands of people travel from the four corners of the world to enjoy a remarkable festival celebrating the oyster, a food known for it’s mysterious luxury and passion.

Ballinasloe International October Fair and Festival (4th October - 12th October)

The Ballinasloe Fair and Festival is a 9 day event to cater for equestrian lovers, family entertainment, mucic and fun.
